Come home to your body while transforming into the healthiest version of yourself. Room is heated to 95 degrees to initiate sweat, increase body flexibility & encourage circulation.

Inferno Pilates HIIT
This Inferno Pilates class combines the core-strengthening precision of Pilates with the intensity of HIIT, all in our infrared Hot Room. You'll move through challenging, low-impact intervals designed to elevate your heart rate, build full-body strength, and torch calories. The heat helps increase circulation, flexibility, and detoxification while pushing your endurance. Expect high-energy music, motivating instruction, and a nonstop flow using equipment like dumbbells, resistance bands, and Pilates bars to keep your muscles firing.​
